The Millers started this tense semi cup final well, creating several good attacks but lacking the cutting edge to score. Archie commanded the back line well and made several good saves to keep the visitors at bay, helped by strong defensive work from Alex, Alfie, Stan and Cole. Strong winds, rain and hail made this a really difficult game to play in (and watch 😂). We were also missing a few players however the girls put in a great performance to record a good win. Kicking into the wind first half was tough and the girls went a goal down early on. However they responded well and were the better team as the half went on.
