Match Report NMJFC U10s - 11/10/25

The U10’s were against another Richmond Rovers side, this time is was Napoli.

Due to an away shortage of players, we agreed to do 6v6.

Richmond started the better of the 2 sides as it took the U10’s a bit of time to adjust to playing as a 6, but they defended well, especially Charlie T who was clearing every ball in sight.

A change up brought on Alfie, Pavak and Teddy with fresh legs we turned the attacks on hem leaving them scrambling to clear with Teddy keeping the pressure high and Charlie J turning on his charm on the left midfield.

After a change up at half way, Richmond pulled 2 goals out of nowhere in what was a very evenly matched game.

The boys kept their heads up and the hard work paid off with Jackson forcing an own goal from the keeper, followed by Dylan scoring shortly after.

Richmond weren’t finished yet though and forced James to pull off a number of outstanding saves keeping us in the game.

A superb team effort today with everyone giving it their all.

Player of the match was split between Charlie T and James who both played fantastic.
