MATCH REPORT NMJFC U10s - 4th October

The U10’s  were up against Richmond Rovers Azzurri, we had the 08:15 kick off in tricky conditions as Storm Amy caused havoc across the country.

The U10’s started well and were immediately on the front foot with Stanley giving us the lead. After getting another Jackson and Dylan added to the scoring.

Richmond fought back and worked our defence hard relying on Teddy, Pavak and Charlie T to keep things tight, and James to keep out a few that did slip through.

A few 2nd half rotations saw James get some minutes out of goal with Pavak kindly volunteering to cover.

The U10’s continued there fine form in the 2nd half seeing Rhys and Charlie J get goals too.

The last few minutes were tricky as tired legs set in (as well as the cold), Richmond fought back hard and took a few back.

A superb game today where the U10’s showcased what they are capable of and worked really hard for each other.
