Match report NMJFC U10s girls - 27-11-22 vs Chapel

From the first minute to the last the Millers were excellent today. Without the ball they worked hard and put the Chapel players under constant pressure. With the ball they passed it well and created lots of chances.

In front of goal, Elsie was on fire, with 3 superb finishes giving her a hat trick ⚽️⚽️⚽️ Elsie was awarded player of the match for the goals but the trophy could easily have gone to anyone today.

At the back Isla and Emily were dominant all throughout the game, putting in some good challenges and passing the ball forward. Their performance meant that at times, Millie in goal was quiet however whenever called upon she made some good saves and her distribution was as good as ever.

The midfield and attack were also impressive. Lily, Erin and Florence worked extremely hard and were good at supporting the forwards. Holly showed some excellent skills at times and was unlucky not to get on the score sheet.

Week on week the girls improve as a team and today was definitely their best performance. Well done 👏🏻
