Match Report NMJFC U11s v Hayfield - 21/01/24

The U11's braved the wind in the High Peak League and tried something a little different. 

The team was given the challenge to win as many 1v1's as possible, no matter the position could they burst forward and use faints, skills and change of pace to beat their opponents. Well done to Joe, Dextor, Rory, Remo and Cory who successfully notched up over 5 successful duals each. 🙌

Hayfield put in a fantastic performance and made the pitch really compact not allowing the team to find space to exploit and run into. 

A good effort from the kids to step out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves and be brave on the ball. 

A big learning curve for all and we will continue to put development above everything else. 💪
