Match report NMJFC Under 10s Boys v Whaley Bridge

Sunday 22nd January

The ‘brain mat’ sponsored team played a very strong and well prepared team this weekend. This was an excellent game to watch with both teams playing some amazing attacking football. Both teams had a share of the goals in the 1st half.  

The play in the 2nd half continued at the same pace as the 1st half finish. Some great end to end attacks. The Millers created several chances with great teamwork and passing out from the back.

Unfortunately for the Millers we had no substitutes to use and the pace and physicality of the game got the better of us.

Goals from Junior ⚽; Cory ⚽ and Dexter ⚽ (Our players said it was a goal, the referee didn’t see it).

The POTM was Dexter. Dexter was amazing today and continued to battle hard and give 100% effect after being on the wrong side of some hard challenges, thankfully he was not hurt landing on his head twice.
