Race Night message

The bar was busy, the betting was lively and the kids had fun at last Saturday's Race Night. A special thanks go to Amanda Jones, one of our U8 / U13 parents for her amazing hard work gathering our raffle prizes together - thanks Amanda!

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, the thirst of our guests and the contents of a few piggy banks, we raised an amazing £2,114!

This is fantastic news for our Club and the children, and a good start to our fundraising for the rest of the year. We are putting the money raised towards the cost of floodlights for Ollersett which - combined with the drainage works taking place as soon as the grass is dry enough to be cut - will help us move towards being more self-sufficient and less reliant on the rental of other facilities at other locations.
