Match Report NMJFC U9 Vipers - 06/09/26
The excitement is here, as finally the new season for New Mills Juniors Vipers U9s could start and what a start it was.
This week we had 7 players available, Lily was still making the most of the holidays, JJ was injured due to enjoying the holidays too much but came down to cheer the team on, and our new signing Freddie was not quite fully registered and kitted out… Welcome to the team Freddie looking forward to seeing you in action very soon.
Preseason had been focused on passing moving with the ball and shifting the play from one side to the other and moving across with it.
Today, we saw this in action with all players trying their hardest to pass the ball. However the most important asset we need to get the season going is hard work which was provided in bucket loads. Every player providing their own individual spark on the game making it a joy for the spectators to see. Such a great way to start the season, and a big thanks to Great Moor Pumas U9s for a great game today in our knockout cup game.
