They are fair and their sportsmanship is to be commended.
The highlight of the whole game today would be their confidence, their self-belief and determination.
Really rough game today in more ways than one with a quick opener from the opposition then Freya B ⚽️clawing one back. Fast paced and full on which left us behind at the half time whistle.
Mention to Jay our Captain who had the best game I’ve ever seen her play, fantastic for her squad today, some lovely moves in midfield and constantly battled to get that ball up front, Jay you smashed it today, one of our youngest but most fierce!
We had a change around today to give others an opportunity to try something new.
More goals in the second half and Jaz ⚽️bagged herself a goal today after never giving up – Jaz the whole team are super proud of you today! Ava copped for it today from the other team but wasn’t going to back down one bit.
Another for Freya ⚽️& Captain Jay⚽️ powered one in too!! Lovely communication and encouragement for each other for the whole game!
I felt disappointed in how the game went today but that has nothing to do with how our girls played! We’ll use it as an eye opener, and together we will all put it into our next training session.
Up the Millers – go on girls. Massive well done.
