Season 3 - Episode 20: One haul and a hat-trick of hat-tricks!

The under 9's took their recent form into the Richard Gregg KO Cup against Chinley Junior's. A place in the final was up for grabs and both teams were determined to put on a show for the spectators in attendance!

New Mills were ruthless in the final third, the coaches were particularly impressed by our build up play, turning defence into attack and scoring some outstanding goals! I'll need more than 2 paragraphs to describe them all but let's just say there was some absolute belters! The lads all worked their socks off for eachother, stuck together when under pressure and maintained a high intensity throughout the game, something which the coaches demanded of them in the pre-match team talk! We're super proud of you all today lads 💛🖤

Special mention goes out to Joseph, who was our player of the match for the 2nd game in a row! His awesome work rate on the right wing, particularly in the 2nd half, created loads of space for his team mates to take advantage of. Another great week mate keep it up 🏆
