U10 girls vs Duckinfield
New Mills started brightly against a good Duckinfield team and deservedly scored an early goal.
Erin passing the ball to Elsie ⚽️ whose shot was too powerful for the keeper to keep out of the net.
With no subs to call on, the Millers team battled hard for all the match.
Some great play for Duckinfield saw their forward get on to the scoresheet whilst at the other end their keeper pulled off some good saves.
Stand out players today included Lily who was great on the ball but player of the match was Isla 🏆 who put in another excellent performance, particularly in the second half when playing in midfield. Well done Isla.
