U10 girls vs Stockport Dynamos

On paper, a tricky fixture for the team this week however the girls performed brilliantly to create an entertaining match.

Without exception, all of the girls played well today. In goal Millie’s positional play and handling was first class, earning positive comments from the opposition manager.

Defensively the girls were strong and generally played well against the opposition forwards. Isla, Florence, Erin and Holly all had a good game today.

Going forward the Millers were always a threat and scored a goal in each half.

First was created by Emily who did well to set up Elsie⚽️. Second followed some good play by Lily, who again played well in midfield, and led to Elsie⚽️ scoring with a fantastic finish.

Difficult to pick player of the game today but the trophy was given to Millie🏆 for the excellent goalkeeping.👏🏻
