Vs Didsbury Phoenix

An unusually hot day for the first game of the season for the U12s as they took on Didsbury Phoenix on the beautifully manicured Ollersett pitch. A shout out to our groundsman Nick Bennett for ensuring the pitch was ready for the new season.

The team were all fired up and ready to take control from the onset. With our new signings ready to make their mark, this was set to be an excellent game of football and the spectators were not disappointed. It was a thriller of a start and the opposition’s keeper was busy throughout.

The pre- season training and friendlies helped the team focus and their passing, communication and energy helped them secure the victory.
