Match report NMJFC U7s - 06/09/25

What a brilliant game for our young stars from New Mills U7’s!

The sun was shining, creating the perfect atmosphere for some exciting football and the teams first competitive game in the league. Both teams showed great energy and enthusiasm from the very first whistle, with lots of big smiles and lots of energy. It was clear that everyone was just thrilled to be out on the pitch, running around and having a kickabout with their friends.

The match was filled with fantastic moments of teamwork. Our players did a super job of supporting each other, with lots of brilliant passes and some amazing footwork.

A big shout-out goes to Ollie and Joseph for their goal contributions. The entire squad worked incredibly hard and showed great determination throughout the game, always trying their best for their teammates.

More than anything, today was about having fun and learning together.

Both teams showed excellent sportsmanship, and the post-match handshakes were a great display of respect. All coaches were so proud of the effort put in by every single player.

A massive thank you to all the parents for their cheers and support from the sidelines.

It was a wonderful day for the U7’s, and we can't wait for the next game!
