After a Mountfield Rovers kick-off they immediately got off to a good start, taking the lead after just 4 minutes with a low cross across the box, being put away into the bottom corner. New Mills quickly got back into the game with a great passing move between Connor, Kacper and Lucas. After an end to end half of many chances, Mountfield won a penalty for handball in the New Mills box. Mountfield took advantage of this with a great penalty into the bottom right corner. A second half of very few chances for New Mills lead to Mountfield taking the chances that came there way. A header from a free-kick and one from a brilliant whipped in cross from a corner meant that Mountfield came out 4-1 winners at full-time.
