Match report NMJFC Under 7s Blacks - 12 Sept 21

An early start this morning at Ollersett for the first game for the U7 Blacks in a pre-season friendly against the NMJ U8 Eagles.

The excitement was already at fever pitch at kick-off - and the game didn’t disappoint.

The U7 Blacks attacked their opposition from the first whistle and used their pace to create loads of chances in a fast paced first half. The second half was a more even affair with the U7 Blacks having to defend more but still creating chances at the other end. At the final whistle everyone was smiling as the team got their first game under their belts. Every single player was outstanding today and showed we’re in for a fantastic season ahead!

Special mention to today’s captain Frankie who put himself forward to be the goalkeeper in the first half and in the second half put in a fantastic all round display with some amazing passing, tracking back and unlucky not score himself.
