Match report NMJFC Under 8s - 22 May 2021

It was cup semi-final morning in the Stockport Metro League and it was a thriller!

The boys came full of excitement to compete in a knockout game where we can completely let go. The first half saw the team go 3-0 down after some unlucky moments and confused faces. The team regrouped at half time and didn’t disappoint flying straight out the traps. The display was amazing with fast pressing and quality defending stopping their counter attacks.

The team did an incredible job to get level and sent the game into penalties. The pen takers were selected and ready for action (Rory, Bobby and Eddie). The keeper (Oli F) ready to stop anything that threatened the net.
