NMJFC Eagles 🦅 v Glossop Oranges

A very cold morning this morning and a tough opponent for the Eagles.

First half

A tough first half for the Eagles as they had to defend straight from kick off, trying to push forward but glossop had come at us all through the half. We had a couple of shots on target and defended well.

Second half

At the restart we switched on and got behind their defence taking throw ins quickly to catch out the opponent & pushing up the pitch.

William our goalkeeper once again kept us in the game with some brilliant saves well done 👏

Overall it was an end to end game both teams were really switched on showing great tackling and great distribution off the ball, well done everyone and great to hear the spectators with their vocal support

Special mention to todays captain Sami who showed real determination on the pitch which led to scoring a goal well done 👏 Sami
