DERBY DAY

This is a match we all look forward to as we train week in week out together, so there was no telling on which way the game would go.

First half

The Eagles were determined to get a good start on the ball by pressing forward with great pressure on the Falcons with a couple of shots on target, but in didn’t take the Falcons long to get into the game by putting the Eagles on the back foot.

Second half

Both teams were digging deep as well as having absent players, they all did well.

The second half was an end to end game, and not knowing what was to happen, both teams put on a great game for the spectators and we couldn’t ask of anymore. Well done everyone. 👏🏻👏🏻

Player of the match

Frankie did a great job in midfield, always looking for pass as well as getting into space.

Plenty of communication as she always gives 100 per cent in training as well as the matches. Well done 👏

Archie has settled into this role quite well by using his voice to organise the team on the pitch. Well done 👏
