New Mills u11 v Buxton Young Bucks U11 Whites
The Millers put in a fantastic display this week.
Fabulous energy throughout the team with lots of superb passing and excellent team play all round, it was very easy on the eye from start to finish.
The Millers controlled the game for the duration. With a slight tweak to formation the players adapted superbly. The back three of Daniel, Tommy and Mayson won all their duels and passed out from the back confidently.
Cole marshalled the back line with excellent composure and discipline.
The midfield four of Alex, Bobby, Greg and Ollie were relentless with countless tackles, interceptions and individual battles won.
Up top, Bertie ran hard holding the ball well and linking the Millers attacks with great skill and endeavour.
Great passing movements were a joy to watch and in silent weekend there was very little the coaches would have needed to comment as the players did all there talking with their feet.

Alex ⚽️ (which was his first for the club and lovely goal from distance after a strong attacking run down the right wing.)👏🏻👏🏻
Chase came on in goal second half and made a fabulous one handed save to thwart a fantastic Buxton effort from distance.
Stan lead the line and created several scoring chances for others through hard work and persistence.
Any player could have taken player of the match this week, but it was decided Alex was the winner, a fantastic all round midfield display from start to finish. Well done.
