It was finally Cup Final day in the High Peak league and the setup was mega for the kids at Buxton’s Silverlands stadium.

The boys started the game brilliantly working the ball fast from the back and hitting the opponents on the counter. Unfortunately, it just didn’t fall for us as the boys seen chances saved as the boys went in at half time even. After the restart Whaley Bridge found their gear as they moved ahead and never looked back with some good passing in behind our defence.

Goals from Ollie F ⚽️⚽️ An absolute rocket 🚀 blasted the back of the net leaving the keeper with no chance.

It’s been a brilliant season for development and I’m so proud of the boys for their determination and putting their trust into the coaches. We will continue to develop as a team and individually as we go to 7 aside.
