The U10s were up against Whaley Bridge Reds at Stockport Sports Village, and it was great to welcome Dylan back to the squad after a few weeks out injured. The Millers faced local title rivals Whaley Bridge in a Sunday afternoon, top-of-the-table clash. The Millers started the game brightly. As we are in the 2nd half of our final non-competitive season, we decided to completely mix things up. Every player played in a position they were unfamiliar with. Now, it’s got the coaches questioning their whole set up.  Fantastic game, every player played his part they were synchronised and it’s a special moment when they do what they are told and the result you expect happens (5 times). Lillis joined today and showed New Mills he’s still got the skills outfield. Well done
